Sorry to hear you are having issues.

It is no longer available for download,

If you bought it in the past when it was then follow the path in your Screenshot 

to your Stardock account sign in go to your downloads and get it from there ,

depending on what version of Windows you are running it may or may not

work for you now.

Windows 10 pro 64

But i cant find any link to download it 

not even through the list of my Products

this link to your account , must be signed in https://store.stardock.com/myaccount

Desktop X is a discontinued item and not supported in Windows 8 or 10.
