I don't want my roll up fences to open when I hover my mouse over them. Instead I want them to open on a double click or some other action. Is this possible? If not, it would be a great addition to the program.

That double-click option is to make the Fence turn into a Roll-up when you double-click on the titlebar.
It doesn't affect/prevent the opening of the Roll-up when you hover your mouse over it.

I want to second wanting this feature. I find it obnoxious for some fences that have large lists of files to have them pop open automatically. This is especially true of portals for busy folders like downloads. Would be nice to toggle turning off auto-expand on mouse over for some folder portals or roll up fences
