Finding something among many matches

So I have Reaper installed:

Many shortcuts means many matches when searching:

I can't find what I want, the basic "REAPER (x64)" option.

Start10 could have solved my case by better scoring, it should consider "REAPER (x64)" a more exact match (it's shorter - less unmatched parts).

But in general I could have wanted any of the other options. Is there a way to maybe show more matches in Programs? Other than clicking "Programs" to open a search window (which doesn't work BTW, as it searches in Documents apparently).

Or maybe there is way to not have these categories (Programs, Documents, Files and folders) at all, and instead just show a flat list of matches anywhere? To allow more higher scored results to be shown (which in this case happen to come from Programs).

Thinking back, I guess this isn't a big deal. I should just rename the shortcut, add some unique text to it, and use it to search.

Now I consistently find the desired shortcut first with the same query:

So I guess it tracks what I end up opening? That's cool.
