Encryption key on primary & secondary don't match

Encryption keys between laptops don't match.

The software worked OK during trial period but once purchase the product the encryption keys don't match so system doesn't work

Thank Sen, followed your link and tried to correct the issue.

The settings in the primary laptop do not highlight the second group of boxes including the 'Setup Encryption Key' box

I can't see a way to gain entry to that group and/or highlight the Encryption Key box.

Any suggestions please.

I am afraid this makes no sense to me.  Perhaps a screenshot would help?

Hi Sean,

Problem has been solved.

For some reason the menu option "Only allow encrypted incoming connects (Multiplicity KVM or higher needed)." on my secondary laptop, was active. Was that box was disabled all worked fine.
