Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you upgrade fences, I assume from Fences 2.0? And your Start10 is from your Object Desktop?
Than you will have 2 product keys. 1. Solely for updated version of Fences 3. And another one for the whole package of software that come with Object Desktop. And if your subscription on Object Desktop still valid. You can use the product key that come along with Object Desktop.
