Personally, I'm not willing to pay the price for his work being present on this site. We need fewer whiners. Like Jafo wrote above, it's one thing to behave like a baby and then apologize for it, but when you continue it and then take your toys and go home...that's just immature and sad... I have shot off my virtual mouth here plenty of times. Sometimes I'm proven wrong or failed to see another point of view. When this does happen, I at least try to do the mature thing and admit my mistake and apologize if needed. I won't try and speak for the community, but only myself, I don't think we need whiny-babies...no matter how good their skins are.

Gosh, what an incredible amount of forgiveness. Is this a community or what? Is this a place only to jump at people who think they are in their right? I can understand he is upset. I can understand he withdraws his work. I can also understand he comes back later and share his work again. What I can't understand is people who are deliberately hurting a person because he is upset. That's actually very very unfriendy. I too speak for myself, and I think it is time for people who jump and bash and slash in this community to go into therapy or something. What's the point anyway? I would welcome him if he comes back. This community needs skins and a lot of aromatherapy.

The standard has now been set for mature and responsible behavior. If you can't follow Orion's example of maturity and tact, then you probably don't belong here.

Some things just never change. People continue to act like a pack of rabid dogs. There are only about 3 people who should have posted in this thread, but naturally this being the warm and loving place that it is, there have been maybe 30 or so who have chosen to go on the attack against Zodiaq.

Pardon me...I'm not sure we are read the same thread. He behaved like a jerk, tried to twist people's words, thumbed his nose at the person he asked for help from (Jafo) then he took his toys and went home when nobody would agree with him. He's upset? Awwww poor little thing....Good.

I would welcome him back too...if he would like to behave like a mature individual...maybe even admit or apologize for his behavior.

Now Zodiaq is the victim?!!!???! Man! I had it all wrong...I saw it wrong...my bad...I'm sorry I wrote what I wrote...NOT!

I have my reasons for what i myself said and my mind has not changed. Had things happened a different way then yes i'd of replied very differently.

fact is, both sides are wrong. Once Zodiaq was told he was wrong, he should have accepted the opinion he was given, the one he had asked for, instead of saying, oh, no it wasn't your opinion I wanted, your not good enough.

On the other hand, the rest of us should have seen the whole thing for what it was, and been the mature resposible adults we'd all like to think we are and just ignored him when he started his temper tantrum (myself included).

No one's a victim here, except maybe of our own immaturity.

As usual, I guess cooler heads should have prevailed. When something goes public like this, it really doesn't matter what the subject is, it's probably going to get a little ugly. Maturity, respectable, and peaceful behavior should be the goal…I agree. But peace at any price (which I think some people around here believe in) isn't the way to do it either.

I definitely am not one who feels the need for peace at any price. I just wish people would start minding their own business and act like adults. I'm also not saying that I think Zodiaq was in the right. If he would have asked for my opinion I would have given it, but he didn't, he asked Jafo. Therefore I chose not to give my 2 cents, until this thread became the usual let's all pile on someone. So he didn't agree with Jafo...so what? Jafo has been disagreed with before and he ended up ok, he's a big boy. He doesn't need everyone's back up.

I know Jafo doesn't need anyone to back him up...lord knows I've debated with him enough times. If I gave the impression that I was backing him up, that is not was I was trying to do and am sorry for the misunderstanding.

Case is closed, he was wrong and won't accept it, his problem.
Time to move on.
