but on website I couldn't found the same link there is just 9kvm license available

As you know, KVM 50 allows one to, from only 1 Primary, to connect to up to 50 Secondaries. Is your goal to get another license, to allow for an additional Primary, or, to add to the allowed connections to more Secondaries (100) from your current Primary?
The former is possible (link: https://www.stardock.com/buy?s=ESD-ER-W1224), the latter is not.

No actually I am looking another license of 50 ( 1 primary to 50 secondary connection)
in all our project requirement of Primary will be 1.
As we tested last time while we connect 1 secondary there is no delay in content and framerate also good.
as we start adding more secondary ( >10) connection slowly delay increases and framerate also goes down.
How can we achieve the 50 secondary connection with good framerate? Delay is not big concern.

The '50' was primarily for the allowable KVM connections that could be configured in advance at one time:
As well as a 'reasonable' increase of concurrent sessions over 9.
There has not been any testing on what is practical in terms of a limit to concurrent active KVM sessions, and bandwidth would also factor in greatly, but one should not expect to be able to have 50 concurrent session running on a single Primary.
The corp site allows for multiple activation per key - this would allow you more concurrent Primaries per key, example:

The link I gave you in my prior reply would be how you would order another license / key with only 1 Primary and 50 Secondaries. If multiple concurrent Primaries per Key are something you need, I can see about having KVM 50 added to the corp site (KVM Pro is currently the highest).

ok another way can we run multiple primary connection on same machine? is it possible
suppose we run 2 primary connection instances on same machine and configure 9 clients with each primary.
in that way is it possible to control 18kvm

Yes, and has been the case with certain versions for many years.
If you mean run multiple instances of MP on the same PC as a Primary or Secondary, no, it is not possible. Also, but not seemingly asked, it is not possible to connected to a single Secondary, from more than 1 Primary, at the same time.
