Fences quick-hide

how do I set the attribute "Exclude this icon from Fences' quick-hide" from command line?

I am rebuilding desktop after disk crash and have a lot of junctions to reset to new targets.

Many of them need the attribute set and scripting it would be a big .

 

time saver.
