click "Backspace" and perform ctrl+alt+del on secondary computer

hello , I have Multiplicity KVM Pro and I have a bug , when Im using secondary computer with main keyboard , when I click "Backspace" it make like I do ctrl+alt+del and my secondary computer is blocked like I did ctrl+alt+del , why its happen ? and how I could repair it ?
