TaskManager (taskmgr.exe) in Windows 7 cannot be grouped

Hi,

I have tried on Windows 10 and Task Manager can be grouped.

On Windows 7, Task Manager cannot be grouped.

Is that a bug?

Note: I have notice you can easily groupy Windows Task Manager with Windows Explorer Groupy on Windows 7 by turn on the option "Group newly opened Windows if the Ctrl key is held down whilst opening them"
