You know, through the years I have wondered this same question and now I believe I came across the answer. Steams store page for this game, has the DLC content which are SOLELY map packs, each at like 5.99 USD each... That is expensive, and they disabled community map sharing so it's difficult to actually get modded maps.. This is purely a money play on their part and I find it disgusting. Stardock you did great with SoaSe, what are you trying to accomplish becoming like ubisoft... What's next, loot boxes?
