regular crashes on 1803

Ever since upgrading to 1803, I'm getting pretty routine crashes like below. It has really increased since updating to build 17134.112 I do not see any log files generated by this.  Any ideas or any information you would like?

The one thing I will add is I do reboot after a crash. There's almost no hope of getting it running again in a stable manner otherwise, even after restarting both the service & the app.
