Another person who can't find SkinStudio

from Stardock Forums

I bought WB10 some time ago and was never able to find where to get SkinStudio. Still can't. Went to My Account and all I see is WindowBlinds; no link for SkinStudio. Did somebody not add the link?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble finding your products.

First do a Purge https://forums.stardock.com/486023/windowblinds-support-faq#reinstalling

reboot and reinstall WB then check your account for Skin Studio.

If still not there.

Be sure to try all the email addresses you know you have or could have used, especially ones you may use for PayPal or other payment services.

No joy. The only thing that's showing up in my account is WindowBlinds, no Skin Studio.

According to my records, I paid for WB with my business PayPal as a guest checkout, but Stardock has no record of anything on the PayPal email address and the WindowBlinds is showing up on my regular email. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS FOR SKIN STUDIO. Never. At all. On any email address from anywhere. My records show I bought WB on 9/28/17. Got the download link for WB fine, but waited and waited and waited for Skin Studio and never got it.

Yes I did. SEVERAL TIMES. (Thought that was clear from my previous posts.) And requested product keys and email. There is nothing there except WindowBlinds.
