Mouse cursor jumps to another excel file in grouped windows

Groupy bug: I have 5 excel files grouped together and when I click inside excel files 1, 3, 4, or 5 the mouse cursor  jumps to 2nd excel file and 2nd excel file gets control and it is shown i.e., groupy tab switches to 2nd tab. This is very annoying and frustrating. The only way to fix it is to close and reopen the 2nd excel file. This happens randomly. I am using windows 10, 64 bit, Groupy 1.16, and office 2016, 32 bit.

I'll do that next time it happens. I encountered this issue in the previous versions as well and it appears that this has been reported by other users too.

Yes, And it was something similar happening on my system too but that was all solved on the new version. I'm on ver1.16 now. and the problem no longer happen to me.

Just to clarify, your problem only happened with 4 or more of excel files? And it happened with any excel files or any specific files? I know excels files something do make excel act strangely specially with linked excel files.

For heavens sake, can Stardock fix this issue? I'm using version 1.18 and this issue is still present. I have a 3 excel files grouped and when I click in a cell in either 2nd or 3rd excel file, mouse control jumps to the 1st file. The only way to fix is to close 1st file and reopen. This is happening frequently. I work with excel files a lot and this is frustrating beyond anything imaginable, very disruptive to my work and productivity. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. This issue has been reported by others in this forum.
