Fences has stopped working

I recently requested help with a Fences problem.  I've attached a copy of the email I sent to support@stardock.com as instructed by your email sending me my product keys.  Instead of help, I received a return mail saying I need to repost everything here.  As I mentioned, I have attached my email explaining the problem (so I don't have to retype it) and I have also included the message I get every time I boot up to let me know that Fences isn't activate.

I suspect there is some kind of a version problem since your product key email refers to Fences 2.0 and the startup message refers to Fences 3.  Please let me know what I need to do to be able to use Fences again.  I love the product but have not been able to use it for quite some time.  Thank you for your help.

Please do not post images that contain your products keys.

I only see Fences 2 on your account. You would need to download v2 from your account.

Sorry - didn't think about the privacy issue.  I'm not sure how it can be deleted though.

The link you provided gave me the same install .exe that I had previously and it gave me the same errors I already reported.
