Two Icon spacing problems and one Titlebar problem

For a while now, the first letter of the title of an icon is cut off on the left side of the fence square.  No matter how I resize the fence it still cuts off the first letter of the icon title.  Also I have some icons with titles that are 20-25 letters long.  When the title of the icon is long,  the title overlaps into the icon to the right.  Oddly, there is no option setting about "pixels between icons", only pixels between fences.  Also there is no option setting about how close the icon title can get to the side of the fence before wrapping to the next line.  These options would solve these problems.  

Also, since upgrading to 3.09 (a couple days ago), the titlebars have all gone missing, they disappeared on all 9 of my fences.  They are not just invisible, they are gone.  I tested this by putting my mouse right above the fence square and held down my mouse button to see if the fence will move.   It does not move, which shows the titlebar is not just invisible, it is just not there.

In case you ask: I do have the latest upgrade on WIN 10 and, no, I am not using non-standard DPI or icon sizes on my monitor.  My monitor is set at 1600 x 900.

Is anyone going to respond to this post from OVER a year ago.  Sounds like Stardock does gives a rat's ass about your problems with their software.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Must have missed this one. But, I need more information.

1) Windows 10 version numbers. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.

2) Screenshots on the cut off issue.

3) On the Invisible title bar did you check if you accidentally turn off the title bar?

Here are some screen shots of the cutoff issue.  I took a screen shot of just the left-hand edge of a few portals.  As you can see, it is not every icon title that is cut off, it seems like only titles that are more than 10-12 characters long.  It is only the first letter of the title that gets cut off. 

This should not come as a surprise, I have seen other posters post about the same thing for years.  By the way, I fixed the missing titles thing a long time ago.  I reinstalled the program and it fixed it.  My original posting was a year ago, it was fixed after that.

Hello,

That problem only occur on my system when I set the icons size too small (Ctrl + Mouse Scroll down). Since if you reduce the icons size the icons text does not shrink following the icon size. Hence the icon title cut off. The best is to set the icons to classics size.

Basj,  Wow! Thank you.  That fixed it.  I must have had the icons too small because when I put them to classic, they got larger but the cutoff issue went away.
