Don't skin Modern Apps, only skin Win32 apps?

I've done some searching and cannot quite find what I'm trying to do so I'll ask. Forgive me if it is a duplicate.

I want to prevent WindowsBlinds from skinning at least some, if not all Windows 10 built-in, modern apps. For instance Sticky Notes. I found the EXE for the app but adding it to the exclusion list seems to have no effect. 

I'd settle for a "exclude all modern apps" check box, quite frankly. Or "only skin Win32 apps"

Thanks, I do realize how difficult skinning is under the newer, better, Windows version. Try supporting, managing and patching it on 90,000 machines....
