WindowsBlinds 10 is not accessable anymore within my list of paid software.

Hello, I sent a simple request regarding this problem to support and was given back a terse response to ask the forum.  First time for everything I suppose.  I've been using the software here from nearly the day it was available and have never had problems getting a download of my paid software. Oddly, I have windowblinds8 in the list.  I thought I could just download 8 and then click upgrade to get 10. I have the key, no worries. Of course that would make it much too easy so it didn't even let me get past lst page of installation. I may have bought a package with 10 but it still should be listed. Don't you think?

I've also checked with the list of all my purchases and windows10 isn't listed separately so I don't know how to get this again. Any help would be great. Thanks

Your Object Desktop membership is expired. Once your membership expires the downloads are no longer available. That is why we recommend backing up installers.

You do have WindowBlinds 8 so you can either upgrade the stand-alone app to WindowBlinds 10, or renew your Object Desktop membership at a discount to have the latest version.

Thank you. Now I understand. It was with a subscription. But still I'm not upgrading I just need a copy of the original thing I purchased.  So, thanks I'll try to have it sent to me. Sincerely, Robert
