Purchase with wrong email

Hi, I purchased object desktop last week and was not logged into my account at the time. I paid with PayPal. I didn't realize it would automatically create an account for my PayPal email and not ask me for account details. I don't have access to that email account any more (it's very old that expired due to not logging into it) so I have no way to retrieve my product key. 

I contacted support immediately but have not received any response. The ticket ID is #MIB-705-25371 and my PayPal transaction ID is 8VT88084HS4597429. Any assistance would be appreciated.

You can change your email address there or if you wish you can use the merge email account steps just below it.

Thanks, but the instructions say to contact support. I already submitted a ticket last week and still have not received any response. I also don't have an order number or serial number because I never received either on account of not being able to access the email address associated with my paypal account.

You need to just merge the old email to your new account here.

Hey thanks, I'm sure that's useful to someone who has access to both email accounts, but it's not applicable here.

It's been 6 days since I contacted support and the issue still to be resolved. Is there a way to escalate this or something? I just want to use the software I paid for.

You don't need access to the old email, just enter them in the link above.

I'm not sure if you tried it yourself before, but after entering both emails, this is what it says:

You are being sent two emails. One email will be sent out to each of your accounts that you entered here. If you did not initiate this process, you can ignore this email, nothing will happen to your registrations.

Each email will contain a link to verify each account. You must click on both links to verify both accounts before you can continue on with this process.
