Anyway to make backup so on a fresh reinstall, one can get it back as one had it?

I know I'll have to do a clean reinstall of the latest Windows release for other issues which means a lot of stuff gets uninstalled.  I was hoping there is a way to get Start 10 back just as I've customized it without having to do it all from scratch again.  I found a way to restore Fences, hoping a way exists to do the same with Start10.  Or suggestions on doing so?
