Renewed Object Desktop and thought I downloaded. Will not run (install) When I click on Object Desktop Manager, I get message that I have no software at all!! even though had program since 2005.
When I try to get serial numbers, all it shows for me is Windowblinds.
I need to either get this to work or refund.

Did you request a stop payment from whichever method you used to purchase Object Desktop?
That is usually what is called a charge back. If you did then the amount will be credited to your account by the method you used.
If you didn't it will require someone from Stardock to check your order status tomorrow when they return to work.
No...I did ask Pay Pal how I go about getting a refund since I could not reach you by phone and had sent over 10 emails which were not responded to. Then I did see that Pay Pal initiated a case. It was my error, not Pay Pal or anything. I just did not (do not) know how these things work. When you are over 80 these things happen!!!
What do we do now? Uninstall everything since program does not work?
No...that is my problem...the only thing I see is Window
blinds version either 4 or 5...nothing else.
Have had your product since 2005 or earlier...all has worked fine but this does not work at all!! Should I delete (uninstall) everything?

You refunded your purchase via PayPal. You would need to take up any issues about your payment with them. That is why Object Desktop does not show for you.
Those are very old versions of WindowBlinds. They will most likely not work on a newer version of Windows.
OK...will do...but my Software will still not work. Also, I have not received a refund from Pay Pal for this problem. They show nothing!
Can you please help me...either get software working or refund...since I do not have a refund for product I assume it is still in computer...if you want me to I can uninstall. But as I said I do not have a refund so I do not know what you are talking about!

You initiated a refund via PayPal. You would need to contact them about this.
If you want the software, you would need to order it again. Any older software already on your account might or might not work depending on which operating system you are using. There will be no new software on your account unless you purchase it again.
How to order again? Is this your advice? What if the same problems exist? How much to reorder? I can do that but I have to get the refund for 1st order first.
I will contact Pay Pal and see what they are doing. Did you advise Pay Pal they can refund the price? They will do nothing until they hear from you (which is the way it should be.)
So will you let Pay Pal know to refund this order then I can reorder.

You would have to contact PayPal. They have already cancelled the order with us via your request.

I have buy Object deskstop with paypal before i create a account
now i have a product key but i see not where i can write the key in the software
and only starting is the Object Desktop manager without software
If your paypal account email is not the same as your Stardock account email then you will need to transfer the product registrations here - https://www.stardock.com/accounts/registrations/
