Start10: Why is the WindowBlinds skin forced if I pick the Rounded Windows 7 theme?

Start10, if I pick the Windows 7 Style with Rounded Windows 7, the Start menu background has a "banded" appearance. This banding is distracting: I want a solid-colored start menu. Also I have disabled menu translucency.

With the Rounded Windows 7 theme, I can't select "No Texture" for the menu. I can pick No Texture if I use the square windows 10 default theme.

Can Stardock provide a non-banded background for the menu? Windows 7 itself didn't have this banding effect!

Windows 10 Pro x64 build 1803.
