gray tray icon, cant copy paste across 2 computers

Strang gray icon never seen in MP icon in tray, plus I cant copy/paste, yet MP is working in terms of mouse across to monitors

I found it. Settings screen on Primary... Allow files to be dragged between computer is GRAYED OUT, and cant be checked. Im on a PRO license to.

When it is grayed out like that, it means it does not have a connection to any Secondary.  If you can traverse to one, then that is showing in error.

That you can't copy / paste is always a firewall issue.  

That all said, this seem like a perfect case where a nuke and reinstall is in order (not as painful as it sounds):

What determines that is what key is used, you have KM and KVM on your account - make sure to use the KVM one when you reinstall from the purge.

Both is always my preference as versions, upon reinstall, is assured and any issues that may be on the Secondary are resolved as well.
