Steam "Running First Time Setup"

Microsoft VC Redist 2015

I noticed that every time I ran Galactic Civilizations III after the Intrigue update, I would get, on Steam, one of those "running first time installer" messages, but then it would open a box for me to direct the program to where the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 x64 Minimum Runtime - 14.0.23918 disk was located.  I have the most recent version of Visual C++, so how do I get this message to go away?  I cannot seem to find the Visual C++ file that the game is asking for.  Is this related to opening with the Stardock launcher?  Thanks.

The redists are located here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Galactic Civilizations III\_CommonRedist\vcredist

Thank you, for this.  I found the folder, but I could not direct the installer to the program, it kept looking for a .msi file.  When I clock on the .exe for the x64 version, I get another installer box that is telling me it is on a CD-Rom.  Do I need to uninstall the version of VC Redist I have now and then run it again?  You may not know the answer, but why does it keep asking for a .msi file?

Just run the redist manually and Steam should not ask for it again after.
