I feel like my question is pretty much the same as the original question, here, but the response does not address my concern. In particular, I read the EULA, but am stuck on this: according to the EULA "An Individual User may: Install, use and activate one (1) copy of the Software on one (1) unique personal computer that is owned by you for your personal use." Does this mean that I cannot purchase Fences for use on my work computer, or since I would be purchasing it for use on my work computer, does that make me a Business Entity, for the purpose of understanding and applying the EULA? If so, then it seems like it should be fine, since "A Business Entity ... may: Install and use one (1) copy of the Software on one (1) unique personal computer."
So - can I purchase Fences for use on my work computer or do I have to have my company buy it for me? They likely would, but I am trying to avoid the activation problem I ran into with Fences 2, where I needed to have the account password, which was known by the purchaser, but not by me (i.e. the one doing the install). I would be happy to pay for it, myself, to avoid that issue.
