Control Panel items in search

In the normal windows 10 start menu, you can type in the search and get any control panel or settings option, but on Start10 this is not really possible. Is there a way to get all of these items and their aliases as shortcuts so I can get them in search?

I am not sure what you trying to search, but on my system if I wanted to, for example, change setting to my keyboard. Typing "key" on my Start10 search will get "Mouse and Keyboard settings" on my Start10 Panel. Maybe you can explain a bit more on what you trying to search for?
