Can we have an option to disable creating Fences with mouse buttons?

To whom it may concern,

Currently we have three choices on the "Home" settings page:

* Create Fences with left mouse button only

* Create Fences with right mouse button only

* Create Fences with left and right mouse buttons

It's rare for me to create new Fences once I've created my favorite essential ones.

So would it be possible to have a fourth option "disable creating Fences with mouse button" so that both left and right buttons can function normally? In case I want to create a new Fence, I'm pleased to go back to the settings to enable mouse button again for a short while.
