Why are my Fences Background Blurry?

Why is my fence/folder fence blurry? Is there a configuration i missed out?

Uncheck the Translucent Fence backgrounds (Windows 10 only)

under "Color & appearance" -> Additional Tweaks option.

Thank god I found this topic. How does "Highlighted background for fences (windows 10 only)" translate to "all your fences will become ungodly blurry out of nowhere", huh?

And for that matter, how come that this function does something for windows 7, which is the one I'm using?

Can you point out where that "Highlighted background for fences (windows 10 only)" come from?

I only see this on my Windows 7.

and as for the second question. Yes is does change the fences to have Translucent effect even on Windows 7. Its good to have. You can turn it off if you don't like it.
