Poor qc on the entire product

I have spent several hours over the last three months trying to get answers to issues I had with this "fences"

One problem after another

The loss of the icons , was my first issue they all end up bunched on one of my screens, many others have posted on this.

However i have not seen a good answer.

The suggestions I do not think are coming from the stardock staff. However the last straw was a simple issue , one would think, the need to change your email address.

No satifactory answer, simply get a pat answer about going to my account and change the email address.

Well that perso should actually try it , and verify the steps that are shown on the website, let me save you the trouble THERE is no way to change the password the field is there but you can not edit .

That should be a simple issue, hundreds of companies have mastered that capability.

Any company that depends on the community to fix issues on there site is indeed headed for extinction.

The product concept is good and useful but heardly able to do what it touts on a continuous basis

The product works as advertised for most of us.  That said, try submitting a support ticket directly with the support staff.

 

Surest way to get results.

Login and submit a ticket. You'll get a response saying that they got your ticket. DO NOT reply to this first email. If you do, you'll be moved back in line.

 

Wait until an actual person contacts you. Being a holiday weekend, it may be a few days.

Changing your email will also change your account settings. May also have to do this.

I would do what RND said above and submit a ticket with your questions. Support is closed on weekends. Also not sure about tomorrow Easter Monday.
