Using mouse wheel on secondary PC is affecting primary PC

When I use mouse wheel on secondary PC (to scroll through a web-page),

It is causing identical response on primary PC (when in-game it scrolls focus in & out)

I looked in settings on Primary PC & saw nothing that could help.

Any ideas please?
