Win Cust Browser won't update to new items

Can someone please help? I have had this problem for a while and am too impatient to wait for support. When I update the files from the view section or start up the browser I can only get things from about a week prior. Is there something I'm doing incorrectly?

it has been like this since wincusto had a server die on them... I think they are aware of this issue ... I have seen another post about it b4. yes I see the same thing when I use my skin browser.

I am sure it will get fixed soon enough. At least you can DL anything you want on site.

The messages aren't updating properly on mine, it'sbeen that way for awhile. Yes I've cleaned my cookies and cache. I have to right click on wincustomize and reset the list everytime.

Actually I was not aware of the problem.  Someone else may have been but it hadn't filtered down to me yet.  Sorry about that.  Anyway, problem has been corrected.

That was my mistake. I assumed that T-Man saw my post on chat. Just goes to show you that you need to make sure they know about these problems. Some are not as noticeable as others. But when they are they are taken care of quickly.

Yes indeed it is now updating. I appologize... I am certain that I have seen a post about May 14th being the most recent date on the skin browser.

I do not read all the posts on WinCust.  Especially as of late.  At best I skim the topics to see if anything needs fixing. Apparently I missed that other thread.
