Unable to run Desktop X. Help!

I have downloaded and installed Desktop X via Stardock Central.
Every time I try to run it I get the error message "MSVCR70.Dll was not found".
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail.
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
