Formatting Laptop

Hi! I will format my laptop, where i have Fences 3 installed, but before do it, i have a question:

What do I need to do to reactivate Fences?

Do i need to ''Deactivate Local Machine'' first, and then when i have the fresh Windows, just install it again and use the same key? or what?

I have Windows 7.

Just uninstall, then reinstall on your new machine and active with your key.

So, i unistall in my current windows first, then when i format, install it and use the same key i use the 1st time, and all will be ok, right?
