Where are starship graveyards?

gone from crusade. there was a mod or a few mods that brought em back over on nexus.

I noticed they were gone. I was wondering why though? Was the reasoning for it ever pointed out?

I think maybe they "replaced" them with that one mission you can build at shipyards; the salvage mission that goes and looks for ships. That is just my guess. It is kind of hard to tell if what they do with the anomalies is planned or just broken accidents. Like there are still a lot of the anomalies that say something like it helps your research "grow by leaps and bounds", but it doesn't actually do shit.

The Ship Graveyard anomaly is still in the files, maybe the frequency is set too low. I'll pass it along to the devs.

I've not seen a ship graveyard in quite a long time (without mods).  And I play obsessively, so I think they were taken out.

Speaking of anomalies taken out, what happened to the ones you had to fight to get? I haven't seen one of those in a while either.

In the base game you had precursor abomolies, regular anomolies, and guarded anomolies i think they took put the guarded anomolies to make room for other stuff.

Yes they disabled ship graveyards a while back ago. Several mods bring them back, including GRM if you're interested

there are also guarded anomolies in the Precursor Worlds DLC, they are much more difficult than the original ship graveyards, and their benefits reflect it.
