I've bought Stardock Fences and in the next 5 minutes I received a letter with next content:
Hello,
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with your attempts to order.
Stardock is vigilant in protecting client data and monitoring for fraudulent activity. Your order met some of the criteria we use to evaluate orders for this process.
If you could reply to this email, with some details about the order, we would be able to process it thereafter. If we do not hear from you within two business days we will close the order and ticket.
Again, we apologize for the trouble and delay.
Kind Regards,
Code:1101 (do not remove this line).
I'm sorry, but I fail to understand how it's my payment with valid Visa that is accepted by anyone except Stardock is considered to be fraudulent. Is this some kind of fraud? I was already forced to enter personal data when I was paying for my order, why do I have to provide even more?
Is this normal that Stardock is accepting money and threatening to discard the order if I don't provide more personal data?
