Always launches tiny

Whenever I start Task Manager, it opens in a tiny window.  I need to resize it every time.

Thanks.  I should add that this typically occurs after a reboot.  If I close the task manager, and then open it again, I do not have the same problem.

The problem started after I installed Groupy.  I uninstalled Groupy and the problem did not occur.  After re-installing Groupy, the problem happened again.

If you go in the Groupy config interface and toggle it to off, does the problem stop? This is a weird one because the windows are only altered if they are part of a group.

This happens with some application windows. If the affected application windows are in a group then this happens, but if I exclude them from grouping they behave normally (in terms of window size).
