Discount not working?

I am trying to take advantage of the discount for previous version owners. 

The Product page link says:

Upgrade from Fences 2 to Fences 3 for 50% off today!
Do you own Fences 2 and want to upgrade to Fences 3? See if you are eligible for an upgrade discount here.

I follow the link and it returns back with:

Own Fences 2.0? Click here to find out if you qualify for discounted upgrade pricing.

I follow the link, put in my email and it comes back with this:

Fences is already included with your Object Desktop product.

Click here to download the Object Desktop Manager application. Try another email

I downloaded the manger software and as suspected it shows I have absolutely nothing installed or upgrade eligible.   I bought Fences separate from Object Desktop.  I let my Object Desktop expire because I had only need for a few of the programs included.  I checked my orders page and it seems to confirm my thoughts:

Thank you for the assistance.  I hope to resolve this soon.  I am expecting a new computer, and have a small window to install it due to work.  I suppose I can install the trial and then when this gets resolved, just add the key code...right?
