Feature request- group icon on taskbar

I would be nice if groupy have option to group all app icon in a group into a single icon in taskbar. (like Clover from here http://en.ejie.me/)

Group icon should contain all app icon stack on each other.

This feature really helpful when 2 instance of same app stay on diffrence groupy.

For example, i open 2 instance of VSCode for 2 project, each instance stay in one groupy with related app.

Right now, i ussually miss click to the instance that i dont want to open cause they have the same icon.

Grouping icon into groupy will make it more clear and easier to know which one should i open.

This is the upper left corner of File Explorer Quick Access Toolbar without Groupy tabs.

When "Always Place Above" is selected in the settings of Groupy you get to see

Here is when "Combined if possible" is selected in the settings.

So my question is this.  What happened to the Quick Access Toolbar.  Can it not be displayed when Combined?

It cannot be shown when in combined mode.  There is no room for it to appear.

Oh, but it can.  if you first choose in File Explorer to "Customize Quick Action Bar" to "Show below the Ribbon."  It might be a good thing to cause Groupy to do that by default.

That's a user choice option I am afraid.  In doing so you are making it waste almost as much space as the tabs on top mode which the bulk of customers would not want.

It is also a global thing unlike tabs.

Could be an option.  Just saying.  I noticed it was missing but now I know how to get it there if I want.  Up to developers to do it if they care.
