Can you have two different OS's when using Multiplicity?

Hi, I wondering if I can have windows 10 on one pc, and windows 7 on the other pc when using Multiplicity?  Will this work?  Thanks,

Thanks a lot man; I appreciate it!    If you don't mind, I had another question in mind... Can you use just your main pc monitor to control the other computer, like switch between the 2 pcs?  Or do you have to have a separate monitor for the other pc?  Thanks so much again!
