Download fences on a new computer?

Seems to want me to pay again

The title says it all. I tried to download fences on my new computer, but it hasn't allowed me to do so. There was the "already own fences 2.0" thing that I saw, but once I entered my email, it said I didn't qualify for a price discount. I have fences installed on my old computer, but I'm sure there are other ways to prove that I already own the software if need be
