Hi.
I am unable to change my email address as I am getting a server error with your site.
Can this be fixed please so I can update my email.
See below for error message.
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.
Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

Thanks for answering. I still have this error. I had tried it on TWO separate computers and two different browser ( Edge and chrome).

Try clearing Cache and Cookies Log out and back in again and try it .
Unfortunately that doesn't work. I still get the same error, no matter what computer I do this on. It is on the server side not mine. I really need to change my email address as I'm deleting the account.

I have attempted to do this and it says it sent me a verification email to the new email address, but I never get an email. I've check my spam folder as well. I would like to change my email if at all possible.

Please try again , it's possible by mistake you typed in
the wrong new email address . ( it's happened many times by others )

I tried twice ensuring the email was correct and still no email. I will try a third time and report back.
I get the message but when I click the link it says:
