Not able to access purchase of fences

i purchases fences and validated my account. My bank card has been charged,but when I look at orders and downloads it says I have no order or download. The card has already been charged please advise how to get the download.thx

Tried following the link (and other links) and still not able to see any download or purchases at all. Who should I contact to receive a refund since I paid and received no product.thx
