render fences topmost/ontop hotkey

Is there a way to render the fences on the desktop to the topmost position windows stack?
If not, could there be made an option where the user can set a hotkey which when pressed all the fences are brought to top windows stack.

This is great when you have a lot windows open and you quickly need to access a folder and do not have to go the desktop first and then click the desired fence/folder portal.
