I'm trying to install fences on my 2nd computer but it's stating that I have to deactivate my main computer's first. This is odd, given the software EULA clearly states I should be able to install it on up to 5 personal computers. Any help would be appreciated.
Maybe you've somehow accumulated some unused activations (e.g., drive crashes, o/s reinstalls)? You can manage your activations, instructions are here:
Hm, it says I only have 2 activations right now.
Also, when I click on the deactivate button, it brings me to a blank page no matter what browser I use. It doesn't seem to actually do anything.
That page is fixed now.
Can confirm, the page let me deactivate one. Will get back when I have a chance to try and install again.
Still not working. I only had 2 activations, removed the 2nd one, and it still won't let me activate Fences on my second computer.
Problem noted, need to seek assistant from Stardock Main when they come on today.. please be patient.
Try activating with your email and password, rather than with your key.

Yup you can try that.
"Enter in the product key you received and your email address and click 'Activate' to activate the product. If you do not have your product key, you can go HERE for instructions on how to retrieve it. If you already have an account and have activated the product previously, you could click the option at the bottom to activate with your Stardock account credentials instead."
Thank you for the advice. unfortunately I have already tried that and I still get the same issue.
