Mouse issues

After I installed the Stardock programs my mouse can moves but do not click or made the selections. It just work again when I run the .bat that the support told to me to use, but I need to do this every 10 minutes. What can I do to solve this issue?

You need to be more specific. What software are you having an issue with?

It is a intermittent problem after i installed the Stardock programs. All programs in my computer do not respond until I run .bat that you told to use or if I torn off and on the mouse. When I change between applications I need or reset the mouse or use the .bat to select the options in the software that I'm working with.
I losing much time doing this and I do not know what is causing the issue. I just know that started after I installed the Stardock programs:

fences, star10, tiles and multiplicity.
