Is it possible to make a minor change on the diplomacy screen with the Focus/Specialization Technologies, changing yellow stars to red for the ones you have already researched in that category? Right now I write them down as I research. It would be much easier if for example after I research one of the three techs in orbital specialization, that on the diplomacy window with another civ, the other two had a different color star if that civ has one of them.

 

I dont like trading for a Focus/Specialization Technology if I haven't researched one of them yet.

I find myself flipping back to to the technology tree at times to verify whether I already have the "ideal" choice before I acquire a specialization other than my preferred one. A color change or even just filling in the star would save some significant time for me.
