WB Configure opens, then immediatly closes.

When I try to launch WB Configure, it opens for a less than a second then closes.  Anyone have any idea as to why this is happening? I am running Win10 and have WB installed on my D drive.  Do I need to reinstall on my SD drive, C?

Try purging and reinstalling. Disable any AV software you might be using.
