I bought stardock yesterday. it requested i sign in so i did with the continue with facebook option. had to uninstall it and went back to log in and the codes not there and it says my account is not associated with stardock.

The email associated with your forum account is linked to an account here but the product you mentioned is not associated with it.
Could you have purchased \ registered your product(s) under a different email address (perhaps one you use just for making payment \ PayPal)? If you find under what email address it was purchased under, use the link below for your product, key and activation information:
again it logged into my facebook account. which was this e-mail address.
did the second best thing I am declining the purchase from my bank and going to repurchase this item under this account.
