Could Support Help Me Please
I upgraded my Object Desktop a week ago today and ran into some problems. I opened a ticket a week ago and haven't had any response. I understand that it was Thanksgiving but there were three days before that. Someone else posted on here about their problem and someone helped them. I asked the same in the same post and got nothing. I paid for a year of Object Desktop and haven't been able to use it for a week already. If someone can't help me could you PLEASE refund my money. I've been a customer for a very long time and have never had to wait this long to get a problem resolved. I'm sorry to be so harsh but I'm very frustrated.
