Loving it so far but here are my constructive two cents.
1) The Scryve Scout turn rate is wayyy too fast so it's near impossible to control.
2) Planet gravity is too high in my opinion.
3) Would add to the "oh no!" factor if you added a sound when we collide with planet/asteroids. Make it crunchy!
4) Parhaps have different asteroid patterns to mix it up: (Circular boudry (current), mass at the center, various masses floating around, random roids floating around so you can play hide&seek). Choose a different pattern so that each fight is different and you can't stick to a single strategy when using ship A against ship B.
The Scryve Battlecruise is perhaps a bit overpowered. I can go through the entire list of foes with that single ship. Then again, I played only in "Foolish" mode.
Allow for computer vs computer so we can get a better idea of how to use the various ships and common tactics. Not that it's not fun to learn-by-death. During Beta, I would also have a "rematch" button so you can try different tactics for the same combat.
For the crafting section, no idea where to start. It would be nice to have a little "auto-tutorial" which would grab a few pieces and construct something from scratch so that we get a startup guide.
Also in crafting, selecting a primary/secondary/thruster always resets the perspective of the ship to zero. I'd just leave it to the current perspective.
During melee, I also find it difficult to know which direction my ship is facing when we zoom way out. Perhaps add a configurable option to see a light vector arrow on the front of your ship when you zoom out?
That's all I got for now! Keep up the good work, can't wait to see the Adventure portion!
